Obituary	MRS. LUCY LEAVITT Mrs. Lucy Leavitt, 92, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening Dec. 13, at her home on Water st., Dexter. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Friday, at 2 p. m. at the Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. Herman Grove of the Dexter Methodist Church officiating. The remains will be entombed to await spring burial at Athens. Friends may call at the Crosby Funeral Home today (Thurs.) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. She was born at Brighton, Me., Aug. 27, 1868, the daughter of Columbus and Ellen Hayden. She had lived in Dexter more than 40 years. Surviving the four daughters, Mrs. Clare Clement of Hazlet, N. J., Mrs. Mary Gromko, Cocoa Beach, Fla., Mrs. Harold Arey and Mrs. Dora L. Collins, both of Dexter; one son, Frank Cecil Leavitt of Brownville Jct., one brother, Bud Hayden of Parkman; one sister, Mrs. Maude Dorr of Guilford; two grandchildren and eight grandchildren.
