Obituary	MRS. ARLIE M. MERRILL Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for Mrs. Edna 0. Merrill, 50, wife of Arlie M. Merrill, who died Saturday morning at the Plummer Memorial Hospital, Dexter, after a long illness. The Rev. Herrnan Grove of the Dexter Methodist Church officiated. Bearers were: John Kortecamp, Bernard Morancie, Cyril Pooler, Walter Dearborn and Keith Crouse, all of Dexter; Thomas Turner of East Eddington. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. She was born at Templeton, Mass., May 5, 1910, daughter of Carrie (Ferman) Willoughby and the late Arthur Willoughiby. She was a member of the Dexter Methodist Church, a worthy matron of Wassookeag Chapter, 0. E. S., a member of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge of Dexter. She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara 0. Smith of Gorham and Mrs. Elaine A.. Keyte of Dexter; her mother, Mrs. Willoughby of Templeton, Mass., three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Page and Miss Irene Willoughby of Templeton and Mrs. Clair Hall of Malden, Mass., two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
