Obituary	MRS. BERT L. CALL Private funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, July 5, at Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter for Mrs. Carrie B. Call, 98, wife of Bert L. Call, who died Sunday morning at the Cushman Nursing Home. The Rev. Herman Grove of the Methodist Church officiated. Bearers were: Horace Gordon, William F. Reed, Richard H. Ramsay, Herbert E. Woodard, all of Dexter; Horace Gordon, Jr., of Dover-Foxcroft and George Murray of Newport. Burial was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Mrs. Call was born in Dexter, March 15, 1862, the daughter of Garcelo and Zulema (Seaver) Safford. She had spent her entire life in this town. She was a member of the Book and Thimble Club, now inactive. She is survived by her husband, one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Edwin C. Call; two granddaughters, seven great-grandchildren, a niece and nephews.
