Obituary	George H. Foss George H. Foss died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Richards in Thomaston August 3, after having been sick for more than a year. He lived in Dexter about forty years making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Albert Bertrand several years before going to Thomaston. He leaves a wide circle of friends. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Albert Bertrand of Dexter, Mrs. Frank Richards of Thomaston, Mrs. Stanley Bertrand of Portsmouth, N. H. Mrs. Ellis Springer of Franklin, Maine; two sons, Walter Foss of Middleton, Conn., and Franklin Foss of Dexter; 24 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Cushing funeral home in Thomaston and burial in Rockland.
