DONALD B. COLBATH Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter for Donald B. Colbath, 60, who died Tuesday morning at the Plummer Hospital after a long illness. Frederick Marsh of Corinna will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Garland. The four sons will act as bearers. Friends may call at the funeral home today, Thursday, from two to four o'clock and seven to nine o'clock. Mr. Colbath was born in Monson, Dec. 9, 1899, son of Luther and Amber (Furbush) Colbath. He moved to Dexter from Garland 16 years ago. For many years he operated an ice delivery business here, supplied many places with cord wood, and dealt in pulp wood. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Erma Colbath of Dexter; four sons, Sgt. Jerry Colbath, USMC, stationed at Camp Lejeune, N. C., Dalton Colbath, MM1, USN, of the S. S. Allagash, Shirley and Timothy Colbath, both of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Hartford and Mrs. Donna Lancaster, both of Dexter; three sisters, Miss Hester Colbath, Mrs. Hazel Hill and Mrs. Claire Clark, all of Dover-Foxcroft; seven grandchildren.
