Obituary	Mrs. Henry B. Whalen Dexter friends of Mrs. Mary E. Whalen, 82, widow of Henry B. Whalen, Bangor, were saddened to learn of her death Friday evening at her home in Bangor following a long illness. She was a frequent visitor in Dexter at the home of her son, Dr. H. E. Whalen, and was highly respected by all who knew her. She also leaves another son, Charles P. of Bangor and several grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday forenoon at St. John's Catholic church in Bangor, the Rt. Rev. Monsignor Thomas J. Nelligan, officiating at Requiem High Mass. Seated in the sanctuary were Rev.C. J. Enright, of Dexter, Rev. Charles Bennett, Rev. Maurice Boland, Rev. Thomas H. Moriaty, Rev. Francis A. Mannette and Rev. Morris H. Carroll.
