Obituary	MRS. KATHERINE P. ALLEN A prayer service was held this morning at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter, by the Rev. E. King Hempel of the First Universalist Church, for Mrs. Katherine P. Allen, 89, who died early Tuesday morning after a long illness at the home of her sister, Mrs. Carrie T. Palmer. Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) at 2:30 p. m. at the Columbia Falls Methodist Church with the Rev. Esther Heskard, minister, officiating. Burial was in the family lot in the cemetery in that town. She was born at Columbia Falls, Feb. 19, 1871, the daughter of Abijah and Aurilla (Floyd) Tabbut. Besides her sister, Mrs. Palmer, with whom she has made her home for 41 years, coming to Dexter from Portland, she is survived by three nephews and three nieces.
