Obituary	CHARLES R. BURTON Funeral services were held this afternoon Thursday, at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, for Charles R. Burton, 79, who died Tuesday at the Plummer Hospital after a short illness. The Rev. Herman Grove of the Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Solon. He was born in Athens, June 22, 1880, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Burton. He had lived in Dexter for five years and was occupying a small apartment over Bill's Market, Main st. He had previously lived in Guilford. Surviving are two sons, Clyde and Melvin of Dover-Foxcroft; three daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Huff, West Athens, Mrs. Mabel Hall and Mrs. Elizabeth Mosher, Vermont; 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
