Obituary	MRS. AMADEE F. ROWAN Funeral services were held on Wednesday morning at Portland for Mrs. Helena T. Rowan, 62, wife of Amadee F. Rowan, who died Sunday at her home after a short illness. Mrs. Rowan's death followed that of her mother, Mrs. Minnie Twombly, by 10 days. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Mrs. Rowan was born in Dexter, July 25, 1897, daughter of Winfield and Minnie (Knowles) Twombly. She attended Dexter schools and was a member of the I. 0. 0. F. Auxiliary and Rebecca Weston Chapter, D. A. R., of Dexter. She was also a member of Harold T. Andrews Post, American Legion Auxiliary, Portland. Mrs. Rowan was employed by W. T. Grant Co., as a department manager until her retirement in 1958.
