Obituary	CLIFFORD J. CLUKEY A Funeral Mass was held this morning, Thursday, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter, for Clifford J. Clukey, 64, who died suddenly Tuesday at his home on the Charleston road. The Rev. J. P. Sevigny officiated. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mr. Clukey was born in Dexter, April 26, 1895 the son of Peter N. and Elizabeth (Dyer) Clukey and had spent his entire life here. He was employed in the woolen mills until his retirement about six years ago. Besides his widow, Mrs. Elsie (Mountain) Clukey, he is survived by two sons, Alton of Corinna and Philip of Hampden; three daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Belmont of Greenville, Mrs. Joyce Webber of Dexter and Miss Rachael Clukey of Hartford, Conn., two brothers, Fred and Bernard Clukey, both of Dexter; five sisters, Mrs. Lena Higgins, New Rochelle, N. Y., Mrs. Flora Gilbert, Mrs. Evelyn Frautten, Mrs. Cecile Cote and Mrs. Freda Sampson, all of Dexter; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
