Obituary	ROBERT B. MacLEOD The body of Robert B. MacLeod, 51, of Bath, presumed drowned Aug. 16 in Schoodic Lake in Lakeview Plantation, was found last Thursday floating in the southern end of the take about a half mile from shore, according to Deputy Sheriffs James Buzzell and Kenneth Davis of Milo, who reported recovery of the body. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Walter B. Wakeman of the First Baptist Church officiating. There were six honorary bearers, and six active bearers, all fellow-workers at the Bath Iron Works where the deceased had been employed many years. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Mr. MacLeod was born in Garland, June 11, 1908, son of the late Daniel and Christie (MacDonald) MacLeod. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma (Hichborn) MacLeod of Bath, a son, Wayne, of Bath; three daughters, Mrs. Peter Truesdale of Auburn, Mrs. Christie Shelton and Miss Roberta MacLeod, both of Bath; one granddaughter; one brother, John, of Malden, Mass., two sisters, Mrs. Flora Pennell of Portland and Miss Lillian MacLeod of Ripley; several nieces and nephews.
