Obituary	CULBERT D. McKENNEY Funeral services were held last Sunday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter for Culbert D. McKenney, 83, who died Friday at the Plummer Hospital after a long illness. Ralph C. Smart of the Church of Christ officiated. Bearers were: Glen Arno, Robert Eaton, Eugene Hall and Clarence Bates. Burial was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Mr. McKenney was born in Lowell, December 12, 1875, son of Thomas and Hannah (Douglas) McKenney. He had resided in Dexter about 50 years. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Flossie (Thompson) McKenney; three sons, Thomas of Roxbury, Mass., Alfred and Vernard of Dexter; one daughter, Mrs. Viola Bennett, Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Neal and Mrs. Cora Carl, both of Dexter; one brother, George McKenney of Cambridge; nine grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
