Obituary	GEORGE V. ROBERTS Funeral services were held last Thursday afternoon at the Finnish Church at Harrison for George V. Roberts, 84, who died at the Plummer Hospital in Dexter Monday evening after a long period of failing health. Mr. Roberts was spending the winter at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Spencer Crosby, and had made other extended visits here during past seasons. The Rev. Murray Mayo officiated. Burial will be at Harrison. He was born at Westbrook, Sept. 24, 1874, son of Charles and Mary E. (Whitney) Roberts. The greater part of his live was spent in Harrison where he was engaged in farming. Survivors are three sons, Benjamin of West Paris, William of Harrison and George Freeman of Pensacola, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Hilda Andrews of Harrison and Mrs. Marietta Crosby of Dexter; a brother, Ralph Roberts of Buzzards Bay, Mass., a sister, Miss Leonia Roberts of W. Gouldsboro; 20 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
